My background is in marketing BSc from Forman Christian College but what shaped my career was going deep into the technical side of email. Flows, segmentation, conditional logic, deliverability. I became obsessed with building systems that keep working after you set them up.

Over three years at Event Decor Direct and IWED, I owned the full lifecycle engine. Not just executing campaigns, but architecting automation systems, managing cross-functional teams of 30 people, and tying everything back to revenue attribution.

I am the kind of person who notices that a segment of active-on-site visitors is generating zero revenue and builds a flow to fix it. Then watches it generate $245K in a month.

What drives the work

System thinker
I build engines, not emails. Flows that compound, systems that scale, logic that adapts to behaviour. The goal is always a programme that works harder over time, not one that needs constant manual intervention.
Revenue first
Everything gets measured by what it does to the bottom line. Open rates are inputs. Revenue is the output. Reporting always ties back to attributed revenue, not vanity metrics.
Fast mover
Remote-first, 8 hours per day, flexible for US and AU hours. I do not wait for instructions to start solving problems. If I see a gap, I document it and propose a fix before anyone has to ask.
Data honest
I share real screenshots, not polished slides. If something did not work, I want to know why so I can fix it. Monthly reports include what went wrong and why, not just the wins.
